Adem, an experienced insurance producer at BulkLoads Insurance, has over 30 years of practical experience in the trucking industry. With 15 years of hands-on driving experience and another 15 years managing trucking operations across multiple states, including Texas, North Dakota, New Mexico, Montana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Adem is intimately familiar with the challenges faced by drivers and business owners.

He has led several startup operations and revitalized struggling yards, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry's dynamics. Adem is adept at finding work, hiring reliable drivers, and dispatching loads, even amidst manpower shortages.

While serving all sectors of the trucking industry, Adem is currently focusing on honing his expertise in TRS and ERIS (Energy Risk Insurance Specialist) to better cater to customers in the energy sector. He positions himself as a valuable resource for future growth, sharing insights from his extensive experience.

He lives in Rogersville, MO, with his wife Christina, who also works at BulkLoads Insurance, and their son. Adem enjoys woodworking and fishing during his leisure time.
