BulkLoads Insurance - Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by BulkLoads Insurance (our). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Bulk Insurance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
2. Services:
Bulk Insurance provides insurance services to individuals and businesses. The services may include but are not limited to insurance coverage, policy management, and claims processing.
3. User Eligibility:
You must be legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. If you are accessing the services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration:
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
5. Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify BulkLoads Insurance immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
6. SMS and email Communication: I agree to receive marketing messaging from BulkLoads Insurance at the phone number provided by submitting my information, I agree that opt-in campaign sends appointment confirmations, message notifications, and offers for insurance options to existing clients or new clients who have opted in to receive more information. A website form with a check box is selected in order to receive notifications and promotional messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" . Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may very.

7. Payment and Billing:
Payment terms will be outlined in the specific agreement between you and BulkLoads Insurance. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in the insurance agreement between you and BulkLoads Insurance. Please refer to your specific policy terms for details.
9. Intellectual Property:
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on BulkLoads Insurance platform are the property of BulkLoads Insurance. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from BulkLoads Insurance without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability:
BulkLoads Insurance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
11. Termination:
BulkLoads Insurance reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion, without notice, for any conduct that BulkLoads Insurance believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to BulkLoads Insurance.
12. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
